- Managing the commercial relationship with prospective clients and preparing quotations or offers.
- Managing requests or enquiries of any kind made through the contact form of the Website, or through other means of contact such as e-mail or telephone.
- Keeping the Data Controller's clients and prospective clients informed about products and services, news, events, competitions, prize draws and other content of interest related to the Data Controller.
- Retaining the CVs received and selecting candidates for a job position with the Data Controller.
We will not process your personal data for any purpose other than those described here.
Retention period
Data subjects' data will be kept for the duration of the contract or of the commercial and/or administrative relationship or, where applicable, until the data subject withdraws their consent. Thereafter, the data will be blocked until the applicable limitation periods have elapsed.
Legal basis
The legal basis for processing the data is as follows:
- The consent of the data subject or user: the data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes. For example, to prepare the offer or quotation requested by the client.
- Performance of a contract: the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract. For example, to process the contracting of the Data Controller's services or products.
- Legal obligation: the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject. For example, to comply with the Data Controller's own legal and tax obligations.
Minors
The GDPR allows minors to consent to the processing of their personal data when they are over fourteen years of age. Notwithstanding the above, please note that, due to the activity carried out by LURNOVA SOLUCIONES IA, S.L., it does not process the personal data of minors. Therefore, if you are not yet 18 years old, we ask that you refrain from making any request or enquiry through this website.
Data storage
The information provided is stored on the servers of LURNOVA SOLUCIONES IA, S.L. or on those of suppliers and data processors whose servers are located within the territory of the European Union.
Disclosure and transfer

- Group companies (Acc Dynamic 360, S.L., ACC Comunicación Creativa, S.L., Dynamic Macroweb & Design, S.L.): in the case of clients, to manage the projects and assignments of clients shared by those companies, and in the case of CVs received and the selection of candidates for a job position, to cover the human resources needs of the Group companies.
- State law enforcement agencies, judges, the Public Prosecutor's Office, courts and tribunals and other public administrations or authorities: where they so require in the exercise of their powers, following the appropriate legal or judicial request.
- Others (notaries, court representatives (procuradores), public authenticating officers and lawyers): where required to meet the legal needs that may arise for the legal defence of the Data Controller's interests.
No international transfers have been identified either.

LURNOVA SOLUCIONES IA, S.L. is not responsible for the processing of personal data carried out by the various Social Networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and Communication Channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.).
